I just downloaded the application and it wont open.

I just downloaded this app and it crashes on launch. Unacceptable. Please fix ASAP!

Keeps showing error message and will not open. Please advise ASAP.

The app downloads the book to 100% and says its still downloading. Then it "closes unexpectedly". Please fix!

This app simply isnt working properly. As evidenced by the number of reviewers, this app consistently crashes, claims books have downloaded that wont open and is simply ineffective. Please fix it! I have a student who really needs it as she uses it at home perfectly fine with Learning Link Audio on her parents iPad. HELP!

Have not been able to get the app to open. My son has been waiting so patiently to listen to his books, but I still cant get this to work. Just wanted to let you guys know.

Its awesome when you can get it to work. It works great on my PC; however, its been a major disappointment on my Mac. The link quits unexpectedly. I dont know how many times Ive tried putting in the link on my Mac, but it gives me the same error everytime. :(

Quits unexpededly every time. Such a disappointment. My son was eagerly awaiting reading on this app and finally received approval. I tried over and over to reinstall and get it to work. No luck.

Similar to so many of the other reviews, this application simple does not function correctly. I have installed and reinstalled it in an attempt to get it working. No such luck. If there was another product I could utilize, I would use it. Hopefully, I am not writing for nothing and someone will use it as a prompt to resolve the issues. There are too many kids/people relying on this application for it not to be fixed on the MAC platform. (.. And PC, if its not working on that platform either.)

Its April 16th, 2015 - as of today, this is not fixed for Macs. It will not open. Very disappointed.

Mine works good so far because I got my login fixed and stuff, but they do not have the book Red Dragon and I really want to listen to that book.

After the new update, I’m not able to download new books that I add into my bookshelf. The download indicater is stuck at 1%.

I am not able to download any books. The status is also stuck at zero, then it claims not to have an internet connection, though I do.

Same problem here. Hopefully this is fixed soon!! It’s a great tool when it works!!

I have been trying for over 3 days to download my daughter’s text books to her Macbook Pro with OS X Yosemite 10.10.4 and continue to have a 0% download with error warnings every few minutes “no internet connection”. Looks like we are going to be reading her text books to her this year.

BOOKS WONT DOWNLOAD. So aggrivating, and I need this for school…….

it wont download books onthe mac book. i bought one to was learning ally and its not working . plzzz fix

At my private clinic for students with LLD I was thrilled to learn of this program. However, it is not at all reliable or consistent in its performance. Many of my students have been unable to download their books. I am hoping refunds will be avaialbe for those who purchased memberships to Learning Ally only to not be able to use it.
